"I held my wedding reception here in April of 2017, and it was better than I expected. The room price was below budget and great. My Aunt decorated it beautifully. The service was amazing. The extras we received with the room was good. Overall, the only "downfall" I had was when we got there our wine bottle that came with the room reservation wasn't set out for us. We had to ask for it. My DJ was 2 hrs late. And the building was a bit outside of town. The schedule of events NEVER went according to plan, but at the end of the day...I married the man I love and everyone had fun. I will be renewing vows and using this place again, but hopefully this next time it will go more according to plan."

"I visited the Poplar Bluff Elks Lodge during a visit to my brother who lives in the area. We came after their Friday Fish Fry as they were cleaning up. As a visiting Elk we were readily welcomed, especially since I told them I was from California. I met with many of the officers and members present, had a drink and talked. They were friendly and very good natured. When I come back to the area, I will definitely make it a point to visit this Elks Lodge and its members.
